A friend showed this to me and I had to share... This is what I was TRYING to say about Facebook (minus the hotness part hehe): False Perceptions of Facebook
Thanks for the share. The message about Facebook and the perception of "hotness" can be extended to the perception of our digital identity at large; blog comments and blog entries cannot encapsulate the entirety of one's existence, yet so often we think that there is a 1:1 correspondence between our digital life and our "real" life. But then again, "real life" is yet another portrayal of ourselves to those around us, isn't it? :)
