Pantry/Freezer Clean Out Meal Plan

We currently have a pretty full freezer and pantry, and we haven't been eating at home much (so the meals that I have planned, I haven't done).  I have decided to make a list of all the meals I can make with the food that we have, and I am going to just make meals from what I already have.  I bought just a couple of items yesterday to fill in the gaps, but I didn't need much!

Breakfasts:

  • Peanut butter and honey on homemade bread, fruit
  • Boiled eggs, toast, fruit
  • Egg sandwich
  • Baked oatmeal
  • Shake, fruit
  • Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
  • Smoothies (Banana Peanut Butter, Strawberry, Mixed Berry)

Lunches:

  • Leftovers
  • Dining hall
  • Sandwiches
  • Grilled cheese
  • Tuna
  • Baked potatoes

Dinners:

  • Breakfast
  • Pasta and sauce w/veggies, steamed spinach, homemade bread
  • Cheese and lentil loaf, steamed broccoli
  • Black bean wraps
  • Black bean quesadillas (with leftovers from wraps)
  • Parmesan tilapia, salad, roasted zucchini, bread
  • Cheesy Chicken and rice (crock pot meal), veggies
  • Cheesy Baked squash, black beans
  • Skillet chicken (chicken with canned diced tomatoes, pan cooked) and rice
  • Pinto bean and cheese tacos, veggies
  • Homemade Mac N Cheese, veggies
  • Quesadillas
  • Chopped steak, veggies
  • Mini Meat loaves, veggies
  • Southwestern Chicken (crock pot)
  • Spinach enchiladas, veggies
  • Mashed potato and cheese soup, veggies
  • Link sausage, beans and rice
  • Leftovers 

Snacks

  • Homemade olive oil crackers and cheese
  • Popcorn
  • Fruit and veggies

Things to Bake/Make

  • Wheat bread (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Boil eggs
  • Make homemade tortillas
  • Soak oats, bake oatmeal
  • Soak pinto beans, cook
