Updated Bread Recipe

I have FINALLY made the best homemade bread ever with the help of an added dough enhancer. The bread is light and fluffy and the consistency and texture of store bought (with the healthiness of homemade). See Recipes: Breads in the resource section for the recipe. The dough enhancer that I use is (found on several websites):

3 tbsp. vital wheat gluten
1/2 tsp. of Soy Lecithin
1/8 tsp. (or pinch) of Citric Acid
Pinch of ginger

You should be able to find any of these at a Health Food Store.
