Skillet Chicken and Rice

  • 4-5 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes 
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 tbsp. Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Sea Salt

Cook the chicken in the olive oil, garlic, and salt until browned.  Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
