Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 c. milk
2-3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/8 c. honey or raw sugar
1/4 c. coconut oil (or whatever oil you want to use)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, honey, oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add flour, beating only until large lumps diappear. Cook on griddle.
