Parmesan Fish

  • 4 fish filets
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • Bread crumbs (about 1/2 cup) (I use homemade wheat bread toasted and crumbled)
  1. Mix the mayo, cheese, and cayenne together.
  2. Smear on filets
  3. Sprinkle with crumbs
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
