Cream Cheese Potato and Ham Soup

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 5 medium potatoes, diced fine
  • 1 package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Cover and cook 4 hours in crock pot (will not be ready until the very end).  If you don't have a crockpot, cook on stove for the same time, on low.
