Homemade Instant Oatmeal

I found this recipe here, and just made it smaller :).  
  • 10 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
1.  Place 5 cups in food processor or blender to make them smaller (not into flour, though!).
2.  Mix with the other 5 cups.  Add powdered milk, cinnamon, and salt.
3.  Store in large bag or jar.
4.  To make:  1/2 cup mix with 1 cup boiling water in a bowl.  Cover and let sit a few minutes.  Stir and add in sweetener of your choice (or fruit!).  I like pure maple and a little bit of butter and milk.
