Ranch Dressing

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
