Dill-Lemon Chicken

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dill (fresh is best)
  • 1 tsp lemon-pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 4 chicken breast (or any part of the chicken)
  1. Combine sour cream, dill, lemon-pepper, and lemon zest.  Spoon one quarter of mixture into slow cooker.
  2. Arrange chicken breasts on top in single layer.
  3. Pour remaining sauce over chicken.  Spread evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
